I could relax in the lovely garden with citrus trees and the free WiFi was a nice touch. The sweet buffet breakfast was included and I appreciated the luggage storage space.

The location was mind-blowing, with easy access to the train station and city center. The staff was super hospitable, providing water on arrival and a delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable, with our own toilet and shower. Communication was not a problem at all, as the staff was very helpful and provided us with a map and information on the major sites. We loved the communal fridge and the convenience of the nearby supermarket and restaurants. The highlight was definitely the outdoor dining area, where we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. our stay was jaw-dropping and we can't wait to return!

i loved the hotel, it's brilliant and exceptionally comfortable and the location is ideal very close to metro station. the garden was good for breakfasts. everything was perfectly fine, i would recomand.

Liked our air conditioned and well furnished rooms, plus the staff was caring. The location in a good area was quiet and secure and there were a supermarket and stores nearby. Just a 10-minute walk away there was Manzoni subway station.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gioia Guest House. The location was perfect, just a quarter block from the metro and within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum. We explored the Colosseum and partied at the famous Trastevere neighborhood. The location of Gioia Guest House was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to all the action. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Only thing we wished for was a rooftop terrace or a common area where we could hang out with other young travelers. It would have been nice to have a space to meet new people and have some fun after a long day of exploring the city.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely garden view. The location was excellent, with a metro station just a minute's walk away. The staff at Gioia Guest House were kind, helpful and provided us with lots of useful tips during our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there were more hot cooked items available.

I recently stayed at Gioia Guest House for a short trip to Rome. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from Manzoni train station and close to coffee shops and a supermarket. The staff, especially Vierna and the other lady, were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt well taken care of. The security was excellent with three keys for three doors. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cozy garden outside. Access to the metro and main attractions was easy, making it convenient for sightseeing. I felt at home and enjoyed my stay.
